Welcome to Your Home Away from Home
Located on the beautiful barrier island of Pensacola Beach, Pensacola Beach RV Resort is in a prime location to present you with everything that the island has to offers. This Resort was built with you in mind, so we boast several amenities that will make your stay with us more comfortable and enjoyable.
Our Resort is located one mile from the toll booths and overlooks Santa Rosa Sound. This is a park and play resort meaning that no vehicle is necessary to enjoy everything on Pensacola Beach. You are within walking distance of Casino Beach, the gulf pier, the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and multiple entertainment venues. Our waterfront sites are on the sound side and offer plenty of beach access with complimentary chairs and umbrellas. There are two public access paths directly across from out Resort by which you can get right to the Gulf of Mexico.
The Clubhouse
Our clubhouse will be your first stop when you check in, it is located in the center east part of the resort up on the second floor. If you need assistance getting up to the second floor we have a lift that is at your service, it just requires a key which you can check out at the front desk. The clubhouse is where you will find most of our amenities such as: four restrooms with showers, laundry room, Tiki Shop, and lobby. The upper decking of the clubhouse is also an amazing place to sit in a rocker and enjoy the amazing views.
The Pool
Our pool is located in the center of the resort on the west side of the clubhouse. It is fenced in, crystal clear, and heated in the mild winter months. On the pool decking you can find tables with umbrellas, chairs, and loungers for soaking up the sun.
The pool is open from 9 AM till 9 PM, their is no life guard on duty so please swim at your own risk. There is no glass or pets allowed in the pool area. Please read and follow all of the pool rules while enjoying this wonderful amenity.
Beach Access
There are two public access points you can use to reach the beaches: one is located on between Beach Colony and the Best Western, and the other is located between the Holiday Inn and Hilton.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas
On the east side of the beach, we provide complimentary chairs and umbrellas. These are first come first serve and we ask that you please to do not hold them.
Santa Rosa Sound
Our resort is located right on the Santa Rosa. Sound (a Sound is like a bay with two entrance points instead of one) we have our own beach right on the property. Due to beach erosion, our water line has a rock ned that prevents the sand from floating away.
You can access the water from one area where the rock bed has been removed or walk on the decking provided as a cross-over. The Santa Rosa Beach Sound is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking.
The Sneaky Tiki Bar
Located on the west side of our beach, the Sneaky Tiki Bar is the best place to kick back, detach, relax, and have some fun. They are open from March 1st to November 1st. Every Tuesday the Sneaky Tiki Bar offers our RV guests a meet and greet social with drink specials from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
Playgrounds
We have two playgrounds for all of our younger guests to enjoy. One is located in the center of the resort around the deluxe sites. The other playground is located on the east side of our beach.
